All guests of club members are required to complete a waiver in order to use the club. No exceptions. Paper forms are in a binder in the foyer of the clubhouse or you can download and print the form below. Save yourself and your guests time and complete the waiver online before your visit.
If interested in hosting 10+ guests (non-members) at the club, submission of the party request form is required two weeks prior to the event. All requests are subject to the Board of Governors' approval.
Report any damaged equipment by filling out the online damaged equipment form, or sending an email to the aquatics committee with as much detail as possible.
