Register and Pay 2024 Annual Dues

All dues and boat storage payments must be made through SportsEngine registration.

New and returning members — welcome to the membership registration and dues payment process. SportsEngine is our registration platform and helps the club track individual dues payments throughout the year, maintain an online membership database and communicate with our members in a more efficient manner.  Even if you registered and paid dues through SportsEngine in the prior year, each returning member is required to re-register each year going forward and authorize dues to be paid either once or in 4 equal installments.  Your registration preferences from the prior year will not carry over. If you don't re-register and pay 2024 dues, you will need to re-apply for WCC membership.

There are a few reminders that we would like to highlight before you begin this process:

We no longer accept personal checks for dues and payments:  All dues and boat storage payments must be made through SportsEngine.  Juniors Elite Sprint coaching fees, Masters Sprint coaching fees, and Aquatic fees will be invoiced separately to individual members.                                  

Donations:  If you would like to make a donation to the Boat House Restoration, SportsEngine will allow for that during the registration process.  You can visit our donation page to donate through PayPal.

All members must register and pay dues (or sign up for a payment plan) on or before January 31, 2023.  There will be a $50 late fee assessed for members that have not registered by this date.

BOAT STORAGE
Boat storage will be invoiced separately after registration is complete.  The invoice will come from SportsEngine, independent of the registration process. For the current year, a separate invoice will be sent in February to members needing boat storage.
