Critical: Athletes/parents are required to notify
coaches as early as possible if they are unable to make it to a practice(s)
or race for any reason. This includes schoolwork, sickness, injury and/or
family business. In particular, coaches need to be notified of sickness
and injury particulars in order to adjust programs for the athlete when
they return as well as determine exposure to other athletes.
During the Summer Season the general schedule will be
as follows; however, the times maybe changed by the head coach as required.
